CHECK-IN: Wednesday, May 4, 2016

Well....not doing good at all with my diet.  Was in a car accident last week, and going to the chiropractor.  Not doing any physical activity for 5 weeks.  Going to tweak my diet by eating carbs in the morning for breakfast, low carb rest of day.  Trying to follow Danni Allen's plan from Biggest Loser.
