I do not do anything specific to monitor food in-take, or exercise. These are changes that need to be made, and followed.
Main goals are listed below:
- Follow a meal plan
- 2-3 tsps fiber per day
- exercise 4 days per week
- drink 9 glasses of water daily
- Log food intake with MyFitnessPal
- Wear fitbit flex
I plan to start a healthier eating plan on December 26th (day after Christmas).
Using my FSA funds to pay for a gym membership at LA Fitness. Really excited about using
the "row machine". Have to wait til Jan 1st to start.
When a product catches my attention, it will be posted on the blog. It could be anything from products, fitness equipment, to books.
