CHECKING IN

As of today, I haven't really done well with my weight loss journey.  Matter of fact, I am up to 257.8, which is 1 point up from the current all-time high (259).

Need to make changes with food choices, and plan ahead.  Eating out seems to pack on pounds.  At least, what I want to eat anyway.

Look for posts with healthy dessert recipes in the future.  Will be trying some new options, and post the recipes, including their source information.
