MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY: Check-In

Starting weight loss: 259.8

I started losing some weight, then gained some back over the weekend.  Looks like I need to make some adjustments when I'm home.  My portions are bigger than they should be, need to exercise, and stay within my calorie goals.  I am back-on-track today though.  My Fitnesspal is a great tool.  Trying to log what I eat daily.
